The shop

Kitchen within the shop. Recently renovated and approved for food handling, cooking etc. This kitchen has facilities to handle preparation of take-food but this is an area the existing owners haven't fully explored and is an ideal opportunity for increasing the turnover.
This is an office and storage space right behind the till and counter area allowing you to catch up on bookwork whilst still keeping an eye on the shop in quiet times. This room has a reverse cycle air-conditioner
Beer garden. The door area (pictured just above the boot of the car) is the entrance into the pool room. (See pic below)
This room was once used as a pool room with juke box and electronic amusement games but in recent times has been used for storage
Beer garden toilet block. One cubical for the ladies and one cubical and one urinal for the men
Bulk gas storage
Bottled gas storage shed (larger storage shed behind)
Coolroom extends outside for easy delivery. This coolroom backs onto the main display beer fridge inside the shop which has easy backloading. In the foreground you can see the above ground diesel tank. Just to the right is a Council approved Envirocycle Airation System to treat effluent which is then used to irrigate the gardens
This is another large lockable storage shed just behind the shop
This is a large room seperate to the residence and just behind it. It could be used as a granny flat or a seperate area for older children. It could also be used for extra storage

There is ample space for kids to play in the yard or a tranquil place to 'get away from it all' and relax
